DIMEN is operated by Dimen LLC, a company registered in the United States. Orders are shipped from mainland China, so international returns can take longer than domestic returns.
How to request a return
Email support@dimenstore.com with your order number, the item(s) concerned, and the reason for your request. Include photographs if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We aim to respond to return requests within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please do not ship an item back until you receive return instructions. We will provide the appropriate return destination and shipping instructions. Our U.S. registered company address is not a return warehouse.
Return eligibility
Return requests are reviewed according to the reason for return, the condition of the items, the product description, and applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us promptly after receiving your order. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights for defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming items.
International return transit
Because returns may travel internationally to mainland China, estimated return shipping transit is 8–15 business days after acceptance of the parcel by the return carrier. This is an estimated transit period, not a guaranteed delivery deadline or the time it takes for a refund to reach your account. Customs clearance, holidays, routing, and carrier delays may increase transit time.
Return shipping charges
Contact us before sending any parcel so we can confirm the authorized return method and the applicable shipping arrangements or charges. Any allocation of return shipping charges is subject to applicable consumer rights. Do not assume that a U.S. company registration address is an authorized return address.
Refund processing
When an authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time after the refund is issued.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Notify us by email with the order number and clear photographs, and we will review the issue and available remedies consistent with applicable law.
