OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Dimen. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dimen. By visiting our site, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced on this site. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to us, for keeping account credentials secure, and for all activity conducted through your account.
2. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
We try to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an order where permitted by law. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is fulfilled or otherwise confirmed by us.
3. PAYMENT, SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
You agree to provide current and accurate payment, billing, and shipping information. Shipping estimates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, destination-country procedures, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Duties, taxes, and import charges are handled as stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the policies displayed on this site and by mandatory consumer law.
4. PRODUCT REVIEWS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may submit ratings, reviews, questions, photographs, videos, and other content only where you have genuine experience with the relevant product or service. Your submission must be honest and must not be false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, unlawful, infringing, promotional spam, or contain another person’s private or confidential information.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Dimen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, translate, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with our store, products, customer service, and marketing, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This license continues for content already used or incorporated into materials, subject to your applicable privacy and deletion rights.
You confirm that you own or have all permissions needed for submitted text and media, including permission from identifiable people shown in an image or video. Do not upload sensitive personal information. Reviews may display your chosen public name, rating, review text, media, date, product, and verified-purchase status. Your email address, full order details, and payment information will not be intentionally displayed as part of a public review.
We may use Judge.me Reviews and related service providers to collect, verify, moderate, translate, store, display, and request reviews. These providers may process reviewer contact details, order and product information, review content and media, device or technical information, and purchase-verification data on our behalf. Their processing is also addressed in our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform-security requirements. We will not suppress a review merely because it is negative. We may label reviews as verified, incentivized, imported, or otherwise categorized where appropriate. Any incentive is offered for an honest review and is not conditioned on a positive rating. You may contact us to request correction or deletion of your review, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
5. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the services to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; interfere with security or operation; scrape, copy, or exploit the services without authorization; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders or reviews; manipulate ratings; or collect personal information about others without authorization.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site, brand assets, product photography, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Dimen and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for personal, lawful shopping purposes.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The services may rely on Shopify and other third-party providers, including payment, shipping, analytics, and review providers. Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where exclusion is permitted, Dimen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Dimen against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
10. CHANGES, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or unlawful conduct.
11. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. These Terms and the policies referenced on this site form the agreement between you and Dimen regarding the services.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dimen’s principal place of business, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in your country or region.
